Safeguard Your Username/Password
You are responsible for any actions that take place while using your Incredible Group Inc account. Keep your username/password secure, and do not allow anyone else to use your username/password to access your Incredible Group Inc account. We are not responsible for any loss that results from the unauthorized use of your username/password, with or without your knowledge. You agree to notify Incredible Group Inc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your account, delete your profile and any of your User Generated Content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Platforms for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else.
Exchange and Return
Shipping & Returns:
Freight: All orders shipped FOB, Toronto, Ontario. Using Canpar. If you require any other freight company or service additional charges may apply.
Credit Claims: Claims covering defective merchandise and shipping errors must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of goods, or they will not be accepted and or applied to invoices. Please retain any packaging and damaged product to assist in processing a claim. Please take pictures of all damaged boxes at time of delivery. Return of product will not be accepted without prior authorization. There will be a 20% restocking fee (minimum $10.00) for returned merchandise.
Backorders: Any Backorders under $100.00 will be cancelled unless instructed otherwise on the order. Incredible Group Inc. will ship backorders automatically within a 30 day period of original ship date without prior notice. If you do not require the backorder, please specify at time of purchase or at time of delivery. Incredible Group Inc. has the right to cancel any backorders at their discretion.
Special orders and pre-booked items are not considered backorders.

If you would like to return a product purchased from our online portal, please go to the Contact Section of the website or call your account representative to arrange. Once we receive the submission form we will contact you within 48 hours. Please be sure to include your order number, phone number, email address and date purchased. Once received and reviewed, we will provide you with a RA number and Return Form to complete your return.
We ask that customers arrange the return shipping of the product back to our warehouse and suggest using a service that provides tracking as Incredible Group Inc is not liable for lost shipments.
Once our warehouse has received and processed the return, we will be able to refund your original method of payment for the cost of the product. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping expenses related to the return/exchange of Incredible Group Inc product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS or Canpar.
All returned items must include the original packing slip as well as the RA number that was issued to you clearly printed on the Returns Form.
This return policy only applies to purchases from our online portal. If you are looking to return a Incredible Group Inc. product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly, as we cannot authorize or refund products purchased from other retailers.

Incredible Group Inc only ships to the continental USA and Canada. All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt after a sales representative has confirmed the order with you. Incredible Group Inc. observes all Canadaian holidays and weekends. Shipping times vary based on location. Please refer to the information below for shipping address within the USA and Canada.
When to Expect Your Order
Our products are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS Ground to domestic USA addresses and either Canada Post, Canpar or Fedex within Canada, with an approximate delivery time of 7 - 10 days once the package has left. Shipping fees to Canada does not cover custom fees, taxes, or brokerage fees that might occur and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Freight Carrier estimated delivery times vary according to location. You will receive an email with order confirmation as soon as you place the order. Once the product has shipped, you will receive a 2nd email containing tracking information from the head office. Give 24 hours for tracking information to populate on shipping company’s website. Remember, natural disasters such as storms, flooding, snow, ice, etc, can cause delays in delivery and are out of our control.
